Standing up for yourself

About this training

Many people find it difficult to stand up for their opinion. In your lifetime, you are constantly dealing with other persons and interacting with these persons is not always as it should be. Sometimes you give in too fast, or you may not be heard. People may not even care about what you  think. You may not always have the right dose of assertiveness to stand up for yourself.

How do you do this: standing up for yourself in an assertive way? This means: with respect for  yourself and for the other. In this fascinating workshop you start working on enhancing our self-confidence in order to stand up for your own interests.

In this compact and interactive workshop, you will learn how to

  • make a self-assured impression towards other people
  • stand up for yourself in a respectful way
  • convey your opinion in an open and direct way
  • discover your own qualities and using them in a better way
  • say 'no' when you really have to
